About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines with minimal supervision, setting up and operating manual machines, and maintaining quality expectations and daily production goals.

Key Accountabilities
  • Operate CNC and manual machines with minimal supervision.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines with precision and accuracy.
  • Maintain quality expectations and hit daily production goals.
  • Complete all related paperwork, including work orders, inspection documents, and tracking sheets.
  • Proficiently use computer systems and software.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in CNC machining or a technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of experience with Mazatrol.
  • Experience with conversational programming is preferred.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of various metals and related cutting tools.
  • Able to accurately read and comprehend complex blueprints and related GD&T callouts, work instructions, ISO procedures, etc.
  • Advanced shop math skills, including trigonometry.
  • Ability to perform programming, set up tooling, work holding, and make offsets.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with precision measuring tools used in machining processes.
  • Ability to consistently bore holding tight tolerances of.0005.
  • Inspect first piece and in-process pieces to ensure parts are to specification or drawing.
  • Ability to select and adjust appropriate tools and materials to attain demanding standards in different work situations.
