As a Surgical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate care for patients.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to offer both physical and psychological support to patients and their families.
Your daily tasks will encompass:- Conducting assessments and reassessments.
- Developing personalized care plans.
- Administering medications.
- Documenting patient care.
- Educating patients and families.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment.
- Communicating patient needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, treatment range, and care for patients of varying ages as per Scope of Service.
- Promote customer service initiatives.
- Utilize the nursing process for individualized patient care.
- Exhibit proficiency in performing technical skills and procedures.
- Document all aspects of patient care.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues.
