About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Paraprofessional to join our team at Sartell-St. Stephen Schools. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and experience working with students with special needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Implement classroom adaptations as specified by a student's IEP, working closely with Special Education staff.
  2. Provide support to students with special needs in areas such as basic skills, social skills, and routine assistance.
  3. Assist with organizational skills, including keeping subject materials organized and assisting with homework assignments.
  4. Supervise special education students to ensure safety.
  5. Contribute to collecting and monitoring student progress data.
