Maintenance Technician II Job Description

Kenvue is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Assist in the installation, setup, and start-up of new equipment.
  • Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a regulated and/or automated maintenance environment.
  • Proven ability to interact with other operators, management, and groups inside and outside of manufacturing.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
