About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to join our team at Bohler. As a key member of our site design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality site plans for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with external clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain technical site design knowledge and skills, with a focus on hands-on plan preparation and expertise sharing with the team.
  • Design site plans for prominent brand name clients, utilizing your expertise in civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil3D).
  • Participate in the project management lifecycle, from initial project scoping to project closeout, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with your manager to tailor your career path towards becoming a technical design expert or project/staff management leader.

Requirements
  • A passion for design and creative problem-solving, with a solid work ethic and strong communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a Professional Engineering (PE) license a plus.
  • Experience in site civil design, with practical experience in civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil3D).
