About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Orthopedic Nurse to join our team at Mercy Rogers. As a member of our Orthopedic/Spine unit, you'll provide exceptional care to patients undergoing orthopedic and spine surgeries.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in orthopedic nursing.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing required.
  • Current licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification through an American Heart Association approved program.
  • At least one year previous experience in clinical nursing.
