As a valued member of the LifeBridge Health team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment. Our Float Pool RNs are assigned to work in one of six designated patient care groupings: Critical Care (ICU/ICSD), Acute Care (GRC/SGOR), Telemetry (PCU/OBS), Emergency Department, BHU, or Surgical Services (OR/PACU).

We offer a competitive salary range of $35.00-$54.82 per hour, based on experience, as well as a sign-on bonus potential of up to $15,000. With our flexible scheduling options, including 7:00pm-7:30am shifts, you can achieve a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care
  • Function as an advisor, resource, preceptor, and leader for other members of the patient care team
  • Meet the requirements and expectations as an RN for two of the six designated patient care groupings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification
  • Specialty certification preferred
