2. Manage visitor and contractor access, ensuring proper sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed.
3. Oversee the entry and exit of deliveries, ensuring all paperwork is processed in accordance with site quality protocols.
4. Execute patrols to established standards and respond to any incidents or alarms.
5. Adhere to waste management procedures and ensure compliance with site regulations.
6. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, shift handovers, and incident reports.
7. Familiarize yourself with Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments, providing feedback to management on potential improvements.
8. Keep your training records updated through the Corps Colleague Portal, ensuring compliance with first aid and fire marshal training requirements.
9. Uphold a high level of professionalism and ensure your SIA license is displayed at all times.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proficient in multitasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid UK Driving License and reliable transportation.
- Capability to meet vetting standards as per BS7858.
