Job SummaryThe Guitar Technician will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. This role emphasizes customer service, craftsmanship, and the ability to engage with customers to enhance their experience.
About YouTo be successful in this position, you should have a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain store owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
We offer a competitive salary of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission. Additionally, we provide benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, mental health support, paid sick/holiday/vacation time, employee discount program, and tuition reimbursement options.
