Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and daily functional activities, relieve pain, and increase strength in patients with various conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial exams to evaluate patient data and identify problems
  • Develop and implement individually designed treatment plans to restore, improve, and maintain physical functioning
  • Provide quality care to patients, including scheduling and managing patient flow
  • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise support staff and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and staff development
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current New Mexico Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant state license in good standing
  • Ability to establish a clinical impression and patient problem list for patients with various conditions
  • Ability to design, implement, and execute treatment plans
  • Ability to communicate effectively and document patient care activities
  • Ability to supervise support staff and maintain a safe and secure work environment
