Restaurant Equipment Specialist

At McDonald's Restaurants, we believe that a clean and well-maintained restaurant is essential to providing excellent customer service. That's why we're seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Person to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our restaurants, including tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities, and performing routine maintenance on machinery and appliances. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in your work, while working safely and following all company policies and procedures.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our restaurants, including dining areas, kitchen facilities, and restrooms.
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, including ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators.
- Performing routine maintenance on machinery and appliances, including replacing light bulbs and filters.
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
