We are a leading manufacturer of glass products, seeking a skilled Machinist Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing facility machinery.

Job Description
  • Install and maintain facility machinery to optimize production.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory, ordering as needed from local vendors and catalogues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing bearings, belts, and idler pulleys on trough-style conveyors.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Communicate equipment issues with mechanics and supervisors from other shifts.
  2. Maintain and secure work tools.
  3. Create sorting computer software/parameter backups.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 6 pm - 4:30 am Mon - Sat. Occasional Sunday project work may be required, with a day off during the week.
