Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate unit staffing to ensure effective patient care delivery
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing and support staff during assigned shifts
- Contribute to or perform performance evaluations of staff members
- Assess daily patient care needs and develop and distribute patient care assignments
- Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify any issues that affect desired patient outcomes
- Respond to complaints about patient care and manage through established channels
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required
