We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Hudson Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

• Compound and dispense medications accurately and in a timely fashion, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert advice on medication dosage and form to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain established procedures for quality assurance, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazardous waste drugs.
• Participate in training and education of inter-departmental personnel.
• Supervise and oversee the work of pharmacy technicians, interns, and students.
• Perform monthly inspections of designated nursing units and departments.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory levels within the department.

• Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy.
• Previous hospital experience preferred but not required.
• New Jersey Pharmacist License in good standing.
