Applicants must possess Level IV NICU experience, handling complex cases involving micro preemies and advanced medical interventions. The role includes:
- Delivering comprehensive care for critically ill newborns.
- Collaborating with pediatric subspecialists for intricate surgical procedures.
- Managing a range of conditions including congenital defects and respiratory issues.
PICU Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of dedicated PICU experience is essential. Responsibilities include:
- Providing care for critically ill pediatric patients.
- Floating between critical care units as necessary.
PACU Duties:
Candidates should have 2-3 years of pediatric post-anesthesia care experience. The position involves:
- Working four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
- No weekend or holiday shifts required.
CVPICU Expectations:
At least 2 years of CICU experience is required. Responsibilities include:
- Floating between critical care units as needed.
Work Schedule:
Shifts are structured as follows:
- 12-hour rotating shifts for NICU and PICU roles.
- Variable shifts for PACU positions.
