Ensure the store maintains an appealing appearance.


Sales Performance:

Handle transactions efficiently using a Point-of-Sales system, including cash management and documentation.


Inventory Management:

Oversee merchandise handling, conduct inventory checks, and safeguard cash and products.


Reliability:

Follow assigned work schedules and complete tasks accurately.


Leadership Duties:

Provide guidance, training, and motivation to associates, offering constructive feedback and managing task assignments.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.


Qualifications:

Product Knowledge:

Moderate understanding of products and merchandise is required.

Experience: 1-2 years in retail or a related field is necessary; supervisory experience is preferred.


Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; capable of interpreting documents and conveying information effectively.


Mathematical Skills:

Basic math skills; ability to utilize a calculator and handle cash transactions.


Reasoning Skills:

Ability to multitask, collaborate with a team, and manage challenging interactions.


Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent movement, communication, and standing for extended periods. May require lifting items weighing between 25 to 50 lbs. Work is primarily indoors, with some outdoor assignments possible.

Work Schedule:
