Job Title: Senior Golang Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Golang Developer to join our dynamic team at Syntronic R&D USA. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services for microservices-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Golang code for backend services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Implement performance optimizations to ensure low-latency and high-throughput services.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues across multiple services.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience architecting and developing backend services using Golang, preferably in a microservices and cloud native environment.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native principles and experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and ORM libraries.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the Golang community.
