Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

  • Previous experience in apartment community maintenance is ESSENTIAL
  • HVAC certification is MANDATORY
  • Proficiency in Plumbing, Electrical systems, Appliance Repair, Pool maintenance, and General upkeep is required
  • Assist in fulfilling service requests, preparing units for new tenants, and enhancing apartment features
  • Support various projects as directed by the Lead Maintenance Technician
  • Availability for on-call duties as per the established schedule
  • Must possess personal tools and reliable transportation

Work Environment:

  • The role involves regular standing, walking, and sitting. Occasional tasks may require reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, or lifting weights up to 50 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance.
