We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Social Services Technician 1 to join our team at the State of Georgia. As a key member of our social services team, you will provide critical support to families and children in need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide case management services to families and children, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each family or child.
- Collaborate with community partners and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support for families and children.
- Document all interactions and services provided to families and children in a timely and accurate manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in a social services-related position, or two years of college with at least 15 credit hours in a social services-related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
