Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all insurance needs are met. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial clients, including policy analysis, renewals, certificates, endorsements, property, casualty, and commercial proposals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement insurance programs to meet the needs of commercial clients.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and insurance products, applying this knowledge to client service and sales efforts.

What You Need to Succeed
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
* Proven experience with customer service, policy analysis, renewals, certificates, endorsements, property, casualty, commercial, proposals.
* Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage.
* Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Proficiency in using insurance software and technology.
