Campus Cleaner and Repairer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian/Maintenance Worker to join our team at Kinteel Residential Campus, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including offices, common areas, and student rooms.
• Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
• Ensuring the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) or more years of experience in a related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
