Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee case flow to ensure maximum efficiency during evening hours.
- Coordinate add-on procedures promptly while maintaining the scheduled flow.
- Assign tasks to staff members to prepare the unit for the following day.
- Ensure completion of departmental logs.
- Monitor staff productivity based on case volume.
- Manage on-call staffing needs and facilitate communication with team members as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- 3-5 years of experience in a circulating or charge nurse role is required.
- Valid Alabama RN License.
- BLS certification.
