Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents, implementing specific procedures and programs, and participating in establishing goals with the director of nursing and the ADON.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of duties to provide quality nursing care to residents and to coordinate total nursing care for residents.
  • Implement specific procedures and programs.
  • Participate with the director of nursing and the ADON in establishing specific goals.
  • Determine work procedures and expediting workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with all operating policies and procedures and Oklahoma Department of Health regulations and Federal Health Care Administration regulations.
  • Communicate with and supervise appropriate personnel.
  • Provide daily reports and other periodic reports.
  • Perform all the duties of a certified nursing assistant and CMA when required.
Requirements:
  • Active RN or LPN Licensure for the State of Oklahoma.
  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day.
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
  • Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
  • Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
  • Supportive and compassionate.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a Diploma from an accredited nursing school.
  • Take pride in providing high-quality care.
  • Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client).
