Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Medical Director for a physician-led Hospitalist program at Norton Women's and Children's Hospital in Louisville, KY. As a Medical Director, you will have the opportunity to pursue your passion for OB/GYN leadership with Envision, where we provide an environment that fosters growth, advancement, and continuing education.

Key Highlights:

  • Full-time leadership position with a competitive annual stipend
  • Clinical hours: only hour shifts per month minimum
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package

    • $50,000 Start Date Bonus - paid on the first paycheck
    • $10,000 Relocation Bonus - paid on the first paycheck
  • CME reimbursed

Program Details:

  • Full-time
  • Annual deliveries: 5,000
  • 44-bed Level III neonatal intensive care unit
  • Strong sub-specialty support including MFM, anesthesia, neonatology, GYN/ONC and URO/GYN
  • The hospital offers general and high-risk obstetric and gynecologic care, as well as a surgical unit with private rooms and specialized nursing care just for women

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery room
  • Triage
  • Full-spectrum OBGYN Hospitalist work
  • Physician schedules
  • Liaison between hospital and Envision
  • Attend meetings as necessary
