Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and reliable Oncology RN to provide high-quality care and treatment to patients in our hospital's patient-centered care model. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will make clinical assessments, manage treatment autonomously, and work collaboratively to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues
- Identify expected outcomes for individualized patient plans
- Act as an advocate for patient safety
- Educate patients regarding medications, procedures, and treatments
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
- 1 year of RN experience in Oncology or Chemo Therapy preferred
- BSN is preferred
- BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) required
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, education assistance, and more. Additionally, we provide a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
