Job Overview

Crittenton Services is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Wheeling, WV. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will provide therapeutic behavioral services and support to clients based on their individual needs.

About the Role
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, including initial and ongoing assessments/treatment planning.
  • Document all services provided in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate client services with other agency services as needed.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited school.
  • Current WV licensure in the respective fields (LPC, LGSW or higher).
  • Three years experience with at-risk families, preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $50,000 to $62,000 per year, based on licensure and experience. Our benefits package includes BCBS health insurance, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, 10 days of paid holidays, 401(k), life insurance policy, tuition assistance program, paid professional advancement trainings, employee referral program, and employee assistance program.
