First Baptist Church of Naples seeks a skilled Worship Director to lead all aspects of worship for our Spanish-speaking congregation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music ministry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Plan and Lead Worship Services: Develop and implement worship plans, lead the congregation in singing, and coordinate musicians and voices for each service.
• Collaborate with Worship Pastor: Work closely with the Worship Pastor to plan special events and ensure seamless execution of worship services.
• Develop and Train Worship Teams: Identify, develop, and train new musicians and voices to enhance the worship experience.
• Communicate Effectively: Maintain open communication with the Worship Pastor, church staff, and congregation to ensure a unified and effective worship ministry.
• Manage Worship Ministry: Oversee the worship ministry, including planning, coordinating, and executing worship services, events, and activities.

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in music or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in music ministry.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using PC systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, as well as Planning Center Online (PCO) and ProPresenter.
• Leadership and Teamwork: Proven ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.

The Worship Director will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The position involves standing for extended periods, singing, and speaking, as well as using hands and arms to reach and carry 25 pounds.
