Janitorial Maintenance Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Associate to join our team at Pilot Company. As a Janitorial Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of our store, including cleaning showers and restroom facilities, washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers, performing general repair/maintenance of the store, and picking up and taking all trash around the travel center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members
  • Clean and sanitize showers and restroom facilities
  • Perform general repair/maintenance of the store, including fixing small problems with industrial equipment
  • Pick up and take all trash around the travel center
  • Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated self-starters
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
