Job Details

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Surgical and Medical ICUs.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and documentation.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Perform complex clinical procedures, such as mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and continuous renal replacement therapy.
* Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition, communicating with the healthcare team as needed.

**Requirements:**
* RN license in NC, or ability to obtain
* RN experience on an inpatient unit highly preferred, but not required
