Assemblage Specialist

**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced assembler to join our team at our South Bend, IN facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fastening joints and seams in sheet metal using various tools and equipment.

**Responsibilities:**

• Fastening joints and seams in sheet metal panels together
• Installing insulation and utilizing power tools (drills, grinders, plasma cutting equipment, etc.)
• Lay out, measure, and mark dimensions and reference lines on material
• Utilization of calculator and tape measure for accurate measurements
• Fasten seams and joints together with bolts, rivets, caulks, and metal drive clips
• Drill holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow safety guidelines

**Requirements:**

• Experience in a team environment and construction experience is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Safety-conscious and willing to work at heights

**Compensation:**

$18 per hour plus benefits package including medical, dental & vision, life insurance, health advocacy and employee assistance programs, a 401(k) plan, and employee discounts
