About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machinist to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex CNC machine tools to manufacture high-tolerance parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC machine tools, including vertical mills, horizontal mills, lathes, and cylindrical grinders.
  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to manufacture parts.
  • Work with a high-performing team to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve production issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience working in a job shop environment producing complex parts.
  • Related technical diploma and/or 3+ years of experience working with CNC machine tools.
  • Working knowledge of CAM software and ability to read/interpret G-Code.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., push/pull up to 40 lbs., ascend and descend stairs, and perform bending, twisting, squatting, and crouching motions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
