About the Role:
As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing the Food and Beverage operations within a distinguished country club environment. Your leadership will ensure that our members enjoy exceptional culinary experiences and memorable events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all Food and Beverage operations, including effective inventory management of supplies.
- Optimize the layout and functionality of various dining spaces to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Oversee floor management, ensuring that service standards are consistently met in the dining area.
- Coordinate and execute member events, guaranteeing seamless service and organization.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required, with a preference for candidates with a background in country club operations.
