Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at the Salina Regional Health Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide professional nursing care for assigned patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
- Hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred
- Current Kansas registered nurse license
- Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully completed within the first 90 days of employment
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
