Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the educational curriculum and contribute to a positive school community.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for preschool-aged children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans.

Compensation

$19.50 hourly, negotiable based on experience and qualification level.
