Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and market conditions.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for scaling, production, and execution of pastry mixes, fillings, individual desserts, frozen desserts, cookies & bars, pies & cakes, doughs, and bread. As a Pastry Cook, you will understand the importance of time management, quality control, and work ethic. The ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays based on production demands is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. ACF Certification is preferred but not required. You should be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, possess great attention to detail, and have a strong desire to succeed. Ability to spend long periods on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
