Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide services for school-age students in the middle and high school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in grades 6-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of occupational therapy experience
  • Active or pending New York OT license
  • Previous school experience preferred, but not required
