Clinical Data Abstractor

We are hiring a Medical Record Review Nurse to join our team at Mindlance. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and accurately performing comprehensive reviews of medical records to abstract relevant clinical data during HEDIS, in accordance with NCQA guidelines and technical specifications.
You will work closely with the HEDIS Project Manager and Quality Management Specialist to discuss project status, open issues, and productivity. You will also be responsible for maintaining defined productivity volumes and sustaining an accuracy rate of 95% during abstraction and data entry throughout the HEDIS survey.
As a Medical Record Review Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including data analysis, quality improvement initiatives, and process improvements. You will also be expected to comply with HIPAA, PHI, patient confidentiality, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies, and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
