UT Health Tyler is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Nursing Manager of our Neuro Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing innovative leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide effective leadership and management of the ICU team to achieve quality outcomes and meet financial goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and accrediting organizations.
- Graduation from an approved school of nursing and licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
- At least two years of recent experience in the nursing specialty.
- BLS certification required.
