Club Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Club Custodian to join our team at In-Shape Health Clubs. As a Club Custodian, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained club environment for our members.

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the club, including restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order and report any maintenance issues to the Facilities Team.
• Perform deep cleaning and disinfecting duties as needed, utilizing specialized tools and equipment.
• Assist with projects and tasks as assigned by the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
