Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at JAM, a fast-paced breakfast and lunch restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment, ensuring the availability of clean dishes for service, and assisting our FOH staff with dish organization and trash removal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized working environment, including kitchen machines and appliances.
  • Ensure the availability of clean dishes for service by washing flatware, dishes, pans, and pots.
  • Assist our FOH staff by organizing dishes as they bring them back and taking plates out to the line as they become dry.
  • Rinse garbage cans and take out the trash.
  • Clean floors at the end of the shift.
