About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Rosalie, a featured regional Italian cuisine restaurant located in the historic Wayne Hotel. As a Bartender at Rosalie, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering top-notch beverage experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and provide personalized service
  • Demonstrate expertise in all steps of service, including cocktail preparation and wine knowledge
  • Build knowledge of classic and creative cocktails, as well as menu items and beverage programs
  • Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of bar experience
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs
  • Knowledge of classic and creative cocktails
  • Ability to interpret guest desires and bring them to life in liquid form
