LPN Nightshift Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled LPN Nightshift Supervisor to join our team at Appling Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for supervising staff, making decisions on resident conditions, and administering medications.

About the Role
In this role, you will lead and supervise staff in providing care to residents, including giving medications, taking vital signs, collecting lab specimens, and participating in weekly care plan conferences. You will also be responsible for charting resident information and providing weekly/monthly summaries.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Graduate degree from an Accredited School of Licensed Practical Nursing, hold a current State of Georgia License, and possess Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.
