Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M guidelines.
  • Unload delivery trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, and label merchandise with security tags within efficiency timeline goals.
  • Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and stock room, and ring on the register to handle transactions.
  • Educate and promote the H&M Loyalty program to customers and share knowledge and skills with colleagues to build a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Passion for customer service and helping people find their style.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job.
  • Team player with a flexible approach.
  • Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
