Shift Details:
This role is part-time, with shifts scheduled 3-5 days a week. Availability on Sundays and Fridays is essential. The work week spans from Sunday to Friday, with potential for mandatory overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Efficiently pick, pack, and ship prescriptions to retail pharmacies and direct customers in a dynamic, semi-automated production setting.

2) Ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency in filling, packing, and shipping prescriptions by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and utilizing McKesson-supported technology.

3) Proficiently interpret computer-generated screens, locate items on labeled shelves, and confirm the quantity and dosage of products prior to selection for orders.
4) Monitor inventory levels and manage the distribution of materials.
5) Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring proper storage of products and accurate labeling of merchandise locations, along with other assigned tasks.
6) Be prepared for mandatory overtime as required by business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Consistent attendance is required.
  • Must uphold quality standards in current role.
  • Ability to lift and carry items from shelves to the order filling area, including the capacity to carry up to 15 lbs. over extended distances.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Basic skills in math, reading, and writing are necessary.
