- Collaborate with Management: Work closely with management to ensure that safety is integrated into all aspects of the business, including operations, maintenance, and new projects.
- Monitor and Report Safety Metrics: Monitor and report on safety metrics, including incident rates, injury frequencies, and near-miss events.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Regulatory Requirements: Stay current with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to occupational health and safety.
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Construction Experience: Proven experience in construction safety management for large commercial and industrial projects.
- HS Diploma/Equivalency Required: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- OSHA 500 Certification: OSHA 500 certification or ability to attain certification within 6 months.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees, management, and clients.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
