Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Med Surg to join our team in Westerville, Ohio.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting. As a Travel Nurse RN Med Surg, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to Medical-Surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies, as needed.
