Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Tenet Regional Resource Pool. This role will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct clinical care to patients, including administering medications and treatments
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to other staff members as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience in telemetry nursing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
