Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join a school district in Colorado. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $73,000 - $83,000 based on the national average for Speech Language Pathologists in the United States.

Job Description

This is a full-time position with a caseload that will be discussed during the interview. The successful candidate will work onsite during the 2023-2024 school year and will be responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, providing speech and language therapy to students, collaborating with other professionals, and maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A valid Pennsylvania State SLP License is required, and a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also necessary.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
