Racket Center Cashier Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Racket Center Cashier to join our team at Mt. Lebanon. As a Racket Center Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets and assists the public, answering phone calls and providing information.
  • Handles reservation scheduling and payments, balancing daily transactions and managing the daily facilities schedule.
  • Responds to emergency situations and assists with special events as needed.
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance, helping to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
  • Interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn athletic scheduling software.
  • Able to function under pressure, working various schedules including weekends and evenings.
  • High school diploma/G.E.D. or currently enrolled in High School.
Working Conditions:

The Racket Center Cashier will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
