Job Description

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist with Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, working closely with physicians and other medical professionals to provide life-saving interventions to critically ill patients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, from neonatal to geriatric, and develop your skills in areas such as ventilator management, arterial blood gas analysis, and airway care. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we are looking for like-minded individuals who share our commitment to excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CPR certification
  • Certification as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (or hold a temporary permit) by the PA State Board of Medicine
  • Graduate AMA approved Respiratory Therapy Program. Individual must be registered or registry eligible

Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in neonatal intensive care, arterial gas punctures, or ventilator management. Additionally, registry through NBRC within one year is highly valued.
